Background Information

Magic Textiles are based within Leek, Staffordshire. We are rapidly expanding the business and to accommodate the expansion we have invested in a new Unit on the same site of our existing Unit and Head Branch. The new Unit will require Air Conditioning in order to keep the manufacturing area at the stable temperatures required for the optimum operation pf digital printers and in-house machinery. 

This installation is part is part of a wider project and is part funded by UK Shared Prosperity Fund.

 

REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATION

Statement of Requirements

We require the full supply and Installation of an Air Conditioning System to be installed and finished as follows:

 

• Full delivery and Installation of a minimum of 3 Units with the specification and capacity to service the factory floor area and the internal office, which currently has no natural ventilation available.
• The proposed supplier/installer is to assess these areas in order to match specifications and capacity to their recommended Air Conditioning system and full access will be available to interested parties wising to submit a quotation on weekdays, Mon-Fri between 9am-3pm.
• Complete Installation and finishing of all parts and encasing of all system components.
• Service and Warranty for a 2 year period.

The installation would need to be installed by the 31st May 2024 but at the earliest date possible.

A large proportion of the cost is being supported by UK Shared Prosperity Funding. 

What to Include in your Quotation Submission:

 

• Your company details as set out on page 2.
• Your price for supply and delivery and Installation of the Air Conditioning System to Magic Textiles, Unit 3B, Churnet Business Park, Leek, Staffordshire, ST13 8YH
• Your price for a guarantee period up to 2 years.
• Confirmation that you can supply and deliver the new Air Conditioning System in good time for installation before the end of May 2024.  Please state the time to supply and deliver the Air Conditioning from confirmation of the order. 
• The information outlined in the statement of requirements above confirming the Air Conditioning systems capabilities to deliver the required specification.  You can include product brochures.

Assessment of Quotations
